At Dentistry Making a Difference, we are looking for a Creative Director. We thrive to help make a change in the world for the better and we need your creative expertise and humor to help us accomplish this purpose. For every dental patient that we see, we donate a large portion of our profits into helping create a positive change. This comes in many different forms from giving away free dentistry on a daily basis, to traveling abroad to help those that are underserved, and everything in between. 

 

This position is unique because you can work from anywhere! Who doesn’t dream of working for anywhere? For some great suggestions of where you can work, see the FAQ section at the bottom.

 

Boring but Important Stuff:

  • Full time position, 30-40 hours a week.
  • Self-directed, including extensive self-training and research.
  • Can work from anywhere! Must work during US time zone hours.
  • Pay: $80k-$100k annual salary, dependent on experience.
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience preferred but not required.

What is a Creative Director? Well as the title leads to believe, you will oversee directing all creative aspects of the company. Sounds easy, right?

Creative Director will be responsible for:

  • Generating new patient calls through:
  • All graphic design for the company.
  • Posting regularly and managing the social media accounts for the different dental offices.
  • Photography and videography shoots to help boost the SEO of the websites.
  • Creating and distributing monthly, company-wide newsletter.
  • Overseeing a team of designated creative representatives from each dental office to receive office specific photos and videos.
  • Protecting and developing the company and future dental office’s brand image.
  • Measuring and reporting different marketing analytics.
  • Content writing for a monthly blog post.
  • Managing PPC ads with associated measuring tools and metrics.

History of Dentistry Making a Difference:

Dentistry Making a Difference is a group of dental practices that was co-founded by Tanner Applegate and Dr. Benjamin Bassett back in early 2016. The vision of these two was to be able to create a dental group that was known for the good that it does.

Since the first office in June of 2016, the company has experienced unimaginable growth.  In less then 12 months, Dentistry Making a Difference has been able to grow to three locations with plans to expand to the fourth location in June of 2017. That is over a 400% growth in less than a year!

We DO NOT talk about the growth of the company to brag about it. Far from it.  Instead, we talk about our growth to show as an example that there others like you that, in fact, desire to make a difference. This is seen in the lives of our patients, staff, and communities that surround us. It is due to this that we have been able and will continue to be able to grow.

We need you are your expertise to help us continue on the path to effect a change in the lives of people around us.
